Founded by experienced artists, The Base offers an inspiring home for talents to unfold their creativity and dreams. We firmly believe that personal relations and creative skills are equally important, which is why we only represent directors and photographers who are as awesome to work with as the quality of their actual work.
The stories we develop within film, still and motion graphics are not only rooted in our Scandinavian aesthetic and storytelling; they derive from a deeply anchored respect for the creative idea and production quality as well as a firm understanding of budget and strategy.

Your passion is within the area of still and film making. You’re structured and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You have an uncompromising eagerness to evolve professionally and personally and a natural flair for coordination and execution. You have a natural eye for detail, are able to keep calm under pressure and a badass ability to reach your goals. You might be a student or a diamond in the rough looking to add to your work experience. Regardless, you bring loads of positive energy to the office, have a curious nature and are able to stay with us for 4-6 months.
What can we do for you?
You will join our production team in Copenhagen and get your hands dirty with:
Production
▪︎ Location scouting
▪︎ Booking of cast, crew and equipment, props, etc.
▪︎ Permits
▪︎ Transportation, travel, catering, etc.
Management
▪︎ Handling artists represented by The Base
▪︎ Negotiating jobs on the behalf of the artists
▪︎ Promoting artists through social media, newsletter and client contact
Studio
▪︎ Assisting with marketing & PR
▪︎ Daily ad hoc assignments that keeps the studio running smoothly
